The Cascadas Suspendidas are suspended at the top of the cliffs of Na Xamena, at approximately 200 m above sea level and boast stunning views over the Mediterranean.  It is an outdoor thalasso therapy circuit offering you a unique, fun and relaxing experience.  Exclusively designed for the Hotel Hacienda Na Xamena, the Cascadas Suspendidas will help you relax and forget about life’s everyday tension and stresses.

 

You can enjoy the thalasso therapy by yourself, with your partner or even in small groups, making it a great alternative to solitary treatments.

 

The water circuit consists of several pools with heated sea water, all of them at different depths and located on different levels, interconnected by cascading waterfalls. Each one is equipped with air jets which provide  a relaxing massage from head to toe during the 45 minute treatment.

 

Benefits: Hydro massage relaxes the muscles and improves the circulation, allowing the absorption of the many minerals and trace elements contained in the seawater. It can also relieve muscle tension and stiffness, oedema, poor blood circulation and heavy legs syndrome.
