Mr Paul Hauser | Category: Stay Na Xamena It was back in May 2008 that my best friend Marco and I decided to spend our holiday on Ibiza, after a personal period in which things haven’t been going too well for me personally. Mostly because of an operation from which I had to recover many months. Which was hard to endure physically, but maybe even more mentally. On top of that I had met a special woman from Germany, Julia, who I liked a lot, but who I feared to lose due to circumstances. Anyway, to leave it all behind and forget about it, we went on leave to visit Ibiza. Nothing planned but the flight itself – we would figure out all other things on the island itself. So, after a first short stay with a very friendly german/dutch couple, which was good to settle down, we had to figure out where to stay next. Marco had read something about Na Xamena and got curious. So off we went to come and see it for ourselves. After a drive all the way up north and into the hills [entering your place that way is already making one curious!] we finally arrived at the entrance of Na Xamena. The way it is designed already made me smile contented. Upon arriving at the reception desk, we were received with the utmost kindness and friendliness. And one of your helpful staff members invited us to show us around, starting with the view on the sea. Upon seeing this, I was sold right away… Wow, how breathtaking this view was.. My thoughts were washed away one by one and all I could do was just stare, and ‘drift away in nothingness’… I’m afraid I didn’t hear all the friendly words your colleague shared with us while showing us further around, but I surely felt at ease right away. The rooms we were shown were more than beautiful and it felt more than coming home. Therefore we didn’t have to think about it staying here or not: it simply was a MUST. After we moved in the next day it was finally time to relax and to enjoy the true beauty of this place. Which simply was magic. Your staff doing a big effort in making sure we felt more than ‘being at home’… The surrounding and this royal treatment did the rest of the trick… It truly helped me in making forget about all my sorrows. And while I was standing there, staring and enjoying the beautiful view, soon Julia came into my mind. Oh, how I wished that she could be here to enjoy all the magic here… I very much so wanted to make her come over to join us, but unfortunately due to practical reasons it simply wasn’t possible. Well, it didn’t keep me from enjoying all that was around me. On the contrary. It really helped me to come at ease. I loved it all. And with pain in my heart I left Na Xamena to move on again. But at least I was able to take along with me some wonderful memories. So, one of the first things I did after I got home again, was to mail Julia and to share my impressions of Na Xamena with her. Actually, here are some parts of what I mailed her. “(…) Oh Julia, Na Xamena was so awesome and impressive. Parts and bits of the scenery we had seen keep coming into my mind from time to time. And, realizing this is one of those typical once in a lifetime experiences, i wanted to share the beauty of it all with the most special and meaningful person of that moment: you. And THAT, my dear, is actually the reason why i started my desperate attempt to persuade you to come to Ibiza, even if it only would be for the weekend. It would be my surprise for you. No matter from which angle i looked at it (enabling you to relax from all tension, spending some time together, etc.etc.), it just seemed a perfect thing to do.(…). Really, most of all, i would have really loved allowing you to have a deep and relaxing breath before plunging into your stressing final exam. Would have loved to having been able to witness you enjoying it and breathing in every unique minute of the time off.(…) But yeah. The WEEKEND was heavenly. The place was a real treat. Enjoyed it. Indeed inhaled the many beautiful moments of silence, staring downwards, into the sea. And thought of you many times, at least being with you in spirit. And secretly having you with me anyway.... ;-) ….” Well. I don’t know whether it were my words that caused the magic or what I all described about Na Xamena. Probably it was a combination of both, I think. But what truly matters is that it worked out the right way. My words had moved her and the whole thing brought us close together and it made me very happy. Therefore it is my sincere believe that Na Xamena was my true partner here in helping making dreams and wishes come true. So that is why I would like to thank the place and it’s ever so friendly staff for making it all come true. Muchas gracias, Na Xamena. no voy a olvidarte nunca!... |
Mrs Becky Williams | Category: Wedding I discovered the Hotel Hacienda a couple of years ago on the internet and fell in love with it instantly. It looked idyllic! When we decided to marry in Ibiza this year we immediately thought of the Hacienda and, as we predicted, it exceeded all of our expectations! In the 7 months that we spent planning our wedding with the hotel the staff were outstanding and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they were always available to help with any questions ...and had an enormous amount of patience with my many requests! I found it extremely reassuring that someone was always able to help and even met with the Manager to personally discuss our day with her. When our big day finally arrived it was magical! The hotel and staff were truly exceptional. They had gone above and beyond everything that we had hoped for to make our day so so special with such beautiful touches and such attention to detail. We genuinely couldn't have asked for anything more. It was so apparent that they had regarded our wedding as an individual event rather than yet another wedding booking which many hotels unfortunately struggle with. The venue, location, food, staff, decoration ...and most importantly the atmosphere was magnificent. So many of our friends fell in love with the hotel and agreed that it was perfect! 2 months on and it still brings tears to my eyes how beautiful our wedding and stay was at the Hacienda. Mr Kenneth Fried | Category: Stay for twelve successive summers we have been returning to ibiza. it has truely been a heaven on earth experience that the hacienda offers and its ambience creates a romantic idyll that has compelled my wife and i to return again and again and again! the island's joie de vivre drew us in but the hacinda's majesty has compelled us to return each summer. the setting is unmatched and the unrivaled sunsets create a romance that resonates long after we return home. the happiness we experience at the hacienda truely is relived through the months prior to our return to you. this past october we were visiting barcelona with our 4 daughters and felt compelled to bring them to see the hacienda to understand better what we feel when we visit alone.we hope to return to 'honeymoon' once again. |
Mr&Mrs. ÇAVAS | Category: Stay Hotel Hacienda Na Xamena is the place where my dreams come true.I never expected that much before I reached there after I saw there. Location is unbelieveable,the view from the Hotel and rooms is magnificient and I thank to myself that I choose a wonderful place for our honeymoon. Also I have to mention about the splendid service of the staff.They're so sincere and helpfull to everybody. We had a great 2 days in Hacienda and I was really so sorry that couldn't stay longer.But for sure next time I'll stay longer than before this wonderful Hotel. Mr&Mrs. ÇAVAS |
Mrs Eileen Rittenhouse | Category: Stay I have stayed here 3 times, and twice most recently between summer 2007 and 2008. Everytime I am here it becomes more magical. I arrive after a week long business trip and i feel as if I have died and gone to heaven! It is the most beautiful place I think I have ever been, I just wish my husband and children were with me to share the experience! The service is wonderful, the accomadations are wonderful, the meals are decadent, you couldn\'t ask for anything more! I find no reason to even leave the hotel except i have to go to work! My dream is to bring my husband here for our 25th wedding anniversary that we just celebrated on the soccer field...not nearly as romantic as the Hacienda!(thats life w/kids) |

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon in September 2008, and from the moment we arrived with our champagne on ice and beautiful gift awaiting us in our room, we knew we were in paradise. We spent endless hours in our jacuzzi in the luxury of our bedroom watching the most sensational sunsets, and we knew we were in heaven. Every morning we woke to a breakfast of endless chioce where the service was outstanding. We spent the days sunbathing on romantic double loungers looking out at the breathtaking views. We indulged ourselves in spa treatments for two, which left us relaxed, revitalised and feeling amazing. HACIENDA NAXAMENA is indeed a paradise of the senses. Romantic evenings were spent in the restautant with food that tantalizes the taste buds. We will never forget our romantic honeymoon paradise where we experienced a week of true indulgence in Ibiza. |
Mr Rieu | Category: Stay To all who is intrested in Hacienda Na Xamena. We stayed between the spring and summer in this wonderfull paradise. The arrival,we will never forget. We got a tour around the hotel area and saw the beauty off the sun going down from the top off the Hotel terras. Really a place to be when the sun goes under. We talked with the friendly staff and everybody is giving you a good feeling. And thats what holiday should be. The service is execellente, and the Hotel and Spa are beautifull. Also the restaurants where really perfect and very nice. The whole place is well decorated and definitiv a place to go back to. We can reccomend this as a high level off quality residence for your Holiday or business trip. We also where there when a lovely couple got married. Very romantic and the party did not bother us as other guests. Mr and Mrs Rieu |
Bryan Shirley | Category: Stay My wife and I love Ibiza, but because we were celebrating my wifes 40th birthday, we were looking for something a little different to our previous stays on the island. We chose the Hotel Hacienda Na Xamena and were absolutely thrilled that we did. The hotel is magical and incredibly romantic. From the moment we arrived until we left, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We tried all of the restaurants and were impressed with all of the different styles and variaties available. Even the burgers are exceptional! But for us, the setting is the most special thing about this hotel. Nothing quite prepares you for the view from the rooms or the terrace. It is truly spectacular and breathtaking and we simply wanted to spend all of our time relaxing by the pool and taking in the magnificent scenery. Jacqueline Chappell | Category: Stay The hotel Hacienda Naxamena is pure unadutered self indulgence and quite honestly the closest thing to paradise i have ever experienced, from its spectacular panoramic views to its exquisite dining. From the endless supply of fluffy warm towels to the friendly staff, where whom no detail is to small!! and no request is to much trouble. I left feeling buffed, radiant and perfectly groomed, what more can anybody ask for. The Hacienda is truely scrumptious and is a little slice of heaven Jacqueline Chappell |
